Dennis & Stefanie Engagement Day : 15.9.2012

The secret that we have been keeping so tight between a circle of friends only, to others their courtship is highly kept very low-profile & discreet!  Finally, the day that we have been waiting for, mang SaA has finally found the right man to tie-a-knot in bringing her relationship to a more sweet & loving union between a man & a lady.  Both are young, free & single... At last our beloved "sista" SaA or Stefanie said "Yes" to her boyfriend who is known to us as "Akik" (chinese/bidayuh lad) works with Petronas BCOT, Bintulu, hails from Siburan, Kuching.

The engagement took place at SaA's long house Tr Bagal, Niah on 15th September, 2012 witnessed by close friends and close family members. The function would not be well-organised if friends did not help to make it a success! As usual our two mastermind of event that night was no other than Pikah and Midah...kak wai "advisor" aja...laban dah tuai, ngelak ke sida ke biak meh kerja....*udah tu ilO, nemu sapO asuh Kak wai nulOng aku ti ku ngambik "menantus" jemahhh ilO*..and of course indu/laki rumah panjai nyO pan bisi gotong royong, ngintu pemakai kena malam nyO...

Around 5;00 p.m....SaA is ready to be make-over for the night.  Mak andam, endO jauh ngeimport our own MK beauty consultant mang AiE aka Pikah... very talented lady, serba boleh ko kitai, make-up, deco, baking, masak semua temu iyO magang...Let's have a peek!

At 6:45 p.m. bakal finace "Akik" and his family and others all set to walk towards the long house.  Semua pengabang ke bisi datai di tiki apai indai SaA and family ke rumah panjai Tr Bagal jam 7 lemai...(kak wai first time meh enggau orang nanya indu, kira ke experience meh tu)... Pulai ari rumah panjai, kirax2 kol 2:30 pagi, tang endO ulih tinduk laban sinu ke tudah Midah dah "bulih" alu nyabak ngiga Tumas Ajub, ke tesat baruh jambatan suai...kira kol 4 pagi, dinga datai Tumas, tamak bilik kami 3 Midah, Pikah....alu meri kami 3 warning..."kita anang ne-nendang aku aarrr", ha ha ha...Akaiiii, we really had a good tyme together and there was so much fun when everyone seems to enjoy themselves..

Last and not the least, wishing mang SaA aka Stefanie and Akik Dennis all the love, happiness & joy throughout their engagement period.  Let this engagement bring them closer not only between themselves but their family members and friends, so that their love will have a stable & solid foundation to built one happy family and marriage life ahead of them....May God's peace, love, and blessings be upon the newly engaged couple (Denn & Stef)!

Foods were prepared by cousin in law with the help of her sister in law (kak wai's cousin who came from LA with her parents)...Father Jackson said the grace before invited guests and family members had a sumptuous dinner. Tilapia fish brought from Batang ai by Arthur's grandpa (Saratok) who reared "Tilapia" at Batang ai dam..That was my favi dish that night and the prawns too.  Let the pictures do the talking.

First birthday blessings cum family dinner gathering in month of September.  Glad to see uncles and aunties and cousins came all the way from LA/Saratok, and not forgetting cousins and close family friends reside in Miri also came to celebrate Arthur 1st Birthday held at cousin Matt's home @ Palm Villa, Phase II, Taman Tunku.  Last and not the least, Kak wai wishing nephew Arthur Mulok, a blessed birthday and may Jesus continue to bless him, his sisters, grandparents and loving parents.

SEPTEMBER is Here!

The month that I wanted to sleep thru'! because it only brings me bittersweet memories....humming Green Day Song.."As My Memory Rests, But Never Forgets What I Lost, Wake Me Up When September Ends...."

Then, I read Pastor Rudy R...posted on his FB wall, where he shared the Word of God on what September brings! "Beloved, I have been talking about "Tropical Storm Isaac." That it is a sign from God that your Isaac is getting ready to be birthed! Which means that the promise God has given you personally for your life is getting ready to come to pass! Beloved, we have just come into the month of September, and September is the 9th month of the year. The number 9 means: Perfect Birthing. This is the month for your due season in Which God is going to Birth your Isaac! The word of the Lord for you, for this month of perfect birthing is: "It shall came to pass!"

Now the Lord was gracious to Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did for Sarah what he had promised. Sarah became pregnant and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the very time God had promised him. Abraham gave the name Isaac to the son Sarah bore him. When his son Isaac was eight days old, Abraham circumcised him, as God commanded him. Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him.

Sarah said, “God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.” And she said, “Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age.”

And found out what horoscope says about me "Virgo", I didn't say it, it is written clearly...*winks*

So, after knowing the truth about September, I consider myself as "blessed"; now I found fresh new hope and renewed faith within my soul and life that gives me a thousand reason to Smile and stay awake till September Ends. Month of September will never be the same again....I must say Thank You Jesus, all praise and glory to God most high!! Alleluyia and Big Amen.
