HangOut with Girlfriends

Each time I hang out with my girlfriends, I always feel happy, relax and stress free.  Until last week, I read an email from a friend, wow! what a wonderful truth...."In an evening class at Stanford the last lecturer was on the mind-body connection-the relationship between stress and disease.  The speaker (head of psychiatry at Stanford) said...one of the best things woman could do for her health is to nurture her relationship with her girlfriends.   At first everyone laughed, but he was serious!  Women connect with each other differently and provide support systems that help each other to deal with stress and difficult life experiences...

Physically this quality "girlfriend time" helps us to create more serotonin - a neurotransmitter that helps combat depression and can create a general feeling of well-being.  Women share feelings whereas men often form relationships around activities.  Women do it all of the time.  They share from their souls with their sisters/mothers, and evidently that is very good for our health.
The lecturer, said that spending time with a friend is just as important to our general health as jogging or working out at a gym.  There's tendency to think that when we are "exercising" we are doing something good for our bodies, but when we are hanging out with friends we are wasting our time and should be more productively engaged >> not true!
So every time you hang out to schomooze with a gal pal, just pat yourself on the back and congratulate yourself for doing something good for your health! We are very, very Lucky."
Soooooo.... let's toast to our frienship with our girlfriends. 
 Evidently it's very good for health!!
Kak wai oledi in mid 40's, those "secret admirers" says, "I look mid 30's". Well, the secret is well-said by the Lecturer...Now, don't have to hit the gym, dance & fitness class to do zumba, rumba, cha-cha, aerobic, yoga, sits-up, swimming, jogging up down the hill or go on strict diet to get in shape! Santaix2 saja with girlfriends work wonders to our health...New way of keeping in shape and stay healthy, young and gorgeous all the time....BIG SMILE to all ladies out there...
