Today: 02.02.2012....Goodbye January....Welcome February....another month, another challenges, another circumstances, another expectations...yes...the list goes on and on ....So, is my desire to keep fit, to keep healthy...cakapx2 mau diet, tapi mulut majak ngunyah, perut majak geriuk ma ingat ke pemakai sodappss...How?? Patut kah saya salahkan perut, mulut or diri saya sendiri??? "Kada agik idup,agik ulih makai; makai aja meh, anang nagang nyawa, bisi maia kitai enda ulih makai ila, semak jako penuh mija, bilik sepital utai di empa bai kaban belayan...maia kitai gegaring ba katil sepital, pepesap aja mata meda utai di empa"...katax2 penuh semengat & membina dari seorang bernama "teman".

Both our fav. dish.. begini lah kita diet, anganx2 kami duai ka baka
tuboh JLO, laban sama peminat setia JLO..tapi mulut enggau ati kami duai
tak sekata enggau anganx2 kami duai (susahx2)
makai sambil terbayangkan body JLO
terapi minda....*winks*

Then baru semengat ka exercise laban ke siang malam menatap body JLO, kira ke ngambik feel, awak ke besemengat agik la kunun bulih body bak JLO, enda 100%, 50% jadi meh ...baru anganx2 lah tek, tepeda ke status kaban ba FB.. wadussssss, sungguhx2 membina semengat aku pulakkss, enda iboh exercise, janji sihat & hidup panjai ba dunia tu.... ituew kan di sampi, di pinta kitai semua ke idup ba dunia tu enda piO?? Marix2 kita renungx2kan bersama...What Say U?

So, I choose to be like a "tortoise"..doesn't run, doesn't do anything, but lives 450 years! (duduk ba silun, wash & massage kepala & mencantikkan rambut; kan lebih elok!!)
