Home-made Beef Burger :24.07.2012

Baru nemu SugarBun ba TT endor aku diau, nadai nyual Beef Burgers, ke bisi di jual chicken burger & fish fillet burger. Nyawa tu maia musim mengembang, mengawan tak nyelia utai di sera kowh! Ka ngagai McD, jauh amai ga laban ke udah "patah kaki, patah sayap"....eessshhhh!! apa boleh buat... mikin sendili, kasih ke nyawa.

bahanx2 kena ngaga "beef burger" home-made.

2 slice of "beef patties" ke udah di goreng, sprinkle with

black pepper, awak ke bisi perisa.

spread daun lettuce atas tomato ketchup & mustard

then sliced big onions, a sliced of cheese

 lastly top with another sliced of cheese

so easy to make, double-cheese burger by kak wai

Dah datai ba tengah taun, kira berapa bulan agik kitai ka datai ba ujung taun, amai enda berasai jam beputar, asai ensanus ujung minggu, dah datai ga kitai ba ujung minggu baru, pegila nyau ga ari Satu; kada enda bisi "birus" jarum jam, jampat amat ga jam tu beputar, engka laban dunia majak tuai pia....apax2 pun, kitai tetap meri terima kasih ngagai Tuhan, laban agik enseput sampai ke saritu. Amen.

Edisi Khas tu sengaja mai kita indu sama nemu resiO bakani "idolaku" CT duai Fazura nyaga pemajik duai, laban dingax2 aku bisi wailussku ka Re-U, bisi orang ka slim-river, bisi macamx2 ada meh!! Macamx2 prugrim meh ti datai ujung taun tu, yang pasti semua kitai indu ka di peda Cantik, Anggun serta Bergaya.  Enda pia wai? CT, don't keep to one style, yang penting mesti sopan, menarik & elegant.  If on stage will be different, have to look like a Star....Glamour gitu!! Not only she can sings and performs well on stage, now she owns a cosmetics and make-up business called SimplySiti.  Recently, she launched her SimplySiti Parfums. In her singing career, another achievement, at last an English album "All of Love" produced..who says she can't sing English songs....Am impressed by her English album and early this year in Spore, she sings JLO "on the floor" and Maroon 5 feat Christina "move jagger"...her own way! Thumbs Up Dato CT. Eventho, there are critics about her fluency in English; I believe with more practice, she'll be perfect!. Why I said that, because in CT's mind or life's principle "she believes in improving herself to be a "better" person;  Any "comments that sounds be-little her, make fun of her (jokes) she just put aside, she only takes positive & constructive comments"...She had proven that without having a degree, but with determination and hard work, anyone can succeed in life, it's a matter how we want to turn our lives around...confess Dato CT...*bisi ninga nn kak wai? hhmmmm*

Nur Fazura, datai ari Pekan, Pahang, another Pahang beauty...Citaz2 ka nyadi "Fashion Designer", sebedau ia completes her Diploma in Fashion Design, pengarah pilem/drama minta ia melakon ba "Bicara Hati" ba taun 2004, berengkah ari taun 2004 her acting career begins..Being beautiful, lots of filem & drama director offered her to act, but she don't simply accept, as she needs to be selective in the role she takes and she hates last minute offer given to her, as she needs to prepare and do homework on the character given to her.  "The filem/drama director needs to trust her and she needs to get commitment from the director itself, it works both way" ko Fazura. Besides acting, she is an ambassador for Lux, AVON parfum and Nutox's skincare  (Bird's nest).  During her free time she loves horse-riding, helps to keep her in good posture; whilst watching DVD and reading novels (romance & thriller) helps to polish her acting; Nicole Kidman, her fav. actress. "Pisau Cukur" and "Bujang Telajak", two movies which I love to watch, it's a "romantic comedy"; when she acts, I find her character very natural. From Kak Wai's Kitchen

Since Kak Wai have not been working for almost 2 years, I realize that I begin to love cooking lately... All these years, I don't have that much interests in cooking or rather be in the "kitchen" itself.  I enter the kitchen when I want to eat or just get a drink....each time when I reaches home from work, the food is already prepared by my mom...during weekends, I usually spend time shopping or hangouts with my ladies friends but not in the kitchen, I only cook when I have the "mood"..that's History!

Furthermore, there so much reality show on cooking telecast "On Air" as in Asian Food Channel, MasterChef and so forth, and recently...Masterchef Celebrities was on Air where Malaysian Artiste competes to be the best among the best Chef, and Dr Fazley won the 1st MasterChef Celebrities.  And what inspired me to cook when I saw Dato CT on Air hosting Cita Rasa bersama CT....since, she's my idol, she can cook as well as on stage performing, it gives me the determination and interest to cook. "bujie enda manah suara baka CT, nemu nyumai baka CT pama meh ko raung". Enda pia ko kita wai??

Last week, Kak wai browsing thru' Youtube on how to cook few dishes, nowadays, it's so easy, don't have to attend cooking classes which will costs us few hundreds..we just sit at the comfort of our home and learnt the techniques, skills or method how to cook a dish with it's recipe from the internet.  After learning few recipe, Kak wai gave it a try and it just taste as good as it is...that's what my brother and sons said. Good feedback and comment from them, it sure boost my interests in cooking, will try more recipes from here onwards, by God's will....*Winks*

Two dishes prepared from Kak Wai's humble kitchen. It's my personal achievement and accomplishment...Congratulate, myself!! From this day onwards, I'll challenge myself to cook more because no matter how good or bad the country or world's economy, human must eat to survive.  I believe to keep oneself well & alive, one must continue to feed themselves with food, "Eat to live, Live to eat".. Who says cooking is difficult? Just need to have the interests and creativity on oneself....if Kak Wai can cook, means everybody can cook now!! (nyau munyi iklan AirAsia ga aku neey, everyone can fly) hehehe...
